Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are designed specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-returnable. A 50% deposit is required to commence all custom work, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Production Time
Please allow 2–6 weeks for completion of custom designs unless otherwise agreed upon. Sourcing particular gemstones can sometimes contribute to longer lead times.

Ready-made pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

 

Shipping
I use trusted shipping partners with tracking provided. Once your item has been shipped, we are not liable for delays or loss in transit. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

 

Repairs & Resizing
We offer repairs and resizing for an additional fee. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe your piece needs attention. Costs may vary depending on the scope of the work.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 I do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made jewellery. For ready-made items, returns or exchanges may be offered at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 

Care Instructions
Jewellery should be treated with care. Please avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and water to ensure longevity. A care card will be included with your order.
