This can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the brief. My stones are sourced from around the world, and sometimes these things take precious time. I do carry some stock in my studio. Reach out to me regardless, I may have an alternative option if it's a rush order.

Yes, I release small capsule collections available for immediate purchase. These are mostly one-of-a-kind and often feature stones I’ve handpicked and held onto for just the right moment. All of these are available on my shop page.

All of the details of my pieces are available in the shop, including stones, length & care instructions. If you are looking to purchase something that is available in my shop but the length is not quite right for you, please contact me about a custom order.

I do not offer repairs for items not made by me.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces. However, I’ll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result. If you have purchased a ready made, please refer to the specifications of the items all detailed on my website. These are one of a kind, and I do not offer refunds unless faulty.
